Important notices
- This application does not generate a whole school timetable. It is intended for students who wish to edit their class timetable and to print it or to save it in .png or .html format.
- If you include the HTML code generated by this application in your website then it is recommended to include a link to this application.
- The application is not compatible with Internet Explorer 8 or earlier. Also, it is possible that some features may not be available in Internet Explorer 9, therefore its usage is your own responsibility. It works best in Internet Explorer 10+, Firefox 3.6+, Chrome, Safari 6+, Opera 12+.

- When the work grid is resized, the text from the tiles will be scaled such that the ratio may be kept. The text dimension will be approximate to the nearest integer. Thus, there can appear differences because of the approximations. For example, if you modify the text dimension from the tiles, change the orientation and then return to the initial orientation there can be a difference of ±1 to some of the text dimensions.
- Once used, a predefined colour will not be available for quick selection in the Change colours modal dialog. Use the cloning tool from the local toolbar to insert a new tile with the same colours. This is the ideal way to insert a new class hour to an already listed subject.
Recommendations for maximum efficiency
- (optional) If needed, change the orientation of the timetable.
- Add a copy of each subject from the curriculum.
- (optional) If needed, edit the text from the tiles. You can add another supplementary information line, positioned central below in the tile (for example, the schoolroom where the class takes place, the teacher's name, etc.)
- Choose one of the 2 predefined time slots. If none corresponds to your needs, then choose the closest one and manually edit each time/period.
- (optional) If needed, change the font name, font size and/or text style for all tiles in the timetable using the instruments from the main toolbar.
- (optional) If needed, choose the other colour palette with 25 intense background colours.
- (optional) If needed, manually change each tile by modifying the foreground colour, the background colour, the font, its size and/or text style using the instruments from the local toolbar, such that it meets your preferences.
- Clone the needed tiles such that their number corresponds to the class hours number from the curriculum.
- Drag and drop each tile to the corresponding position in your timetable. Should you wish to move a tile to an already occupied position, the algorithm will try to make room for it, by moving the tile that already occupies that position in the same column, lower from the targeted position. Thus, you need to make sure before moving it that there is at least one free position on that column below the target position.
- Finally, you have the possibility to print the timetable or save it in .png or .html format.
The main toolbar
Legend:
- Change the font in all tiles, for the main text as well as for the supplementary one. You have to choose from 30 fonts: 6 "Serif" type, 9 "Sans Serif" type, 8 "Display" type and 7 "Handwriting" type. This action affects all tiles, including those manually modified before.
- Change the font size in all tiles, for the main text as well as for the supplementary one. The supplementary text font size will be set to 60% from the chosen value. This action affects all tiles, including those manually modified before.
- Change the text style in all tiles (bold - , italic - , underline - ), for the main text as well as for the supplementary one. This action affects all tiles, including those manually modified before.
- Select a colour palette. All predefined colours from the current palette will be replaced with available colours from the selected palette. This action will NOT affect the tiles whose colours are not amongst those 50 predefined.
- Select the timetable orientation. In the version, the classes in a week day are in the same column. In the version, classes are in the same row.
- Choose one of the 2 predefined time slots. If none corresponds to your needs, then choose the closest one and manually edit each time/period.
- Add a class to the timetable. You may choose a predefined subject from the list. If you add a predefined subject, then it will be eliminated from that list. If you need to insert another class of that subject, then you may use the cloning tool () from the local toolbar of that tile.
- Remove all classes from the timetable.
- Select the maximum number of classes per day

Legend:
- Main text font size, in pixels.
- Invert tile colours.
- Opens a modal dialog from which you can select another text colour and/or another tile background colour. The application has two predefined palettes, one of 25 pastel colours and one of 25 intense colours. Only the unused predefined colours will be displayed as shortcuts to modify tile colours.
- Opens a modal dialog from which you can modify the font, font size and text style (bold - , italic - , underline - ), for the main text as well as for the supplementary one.
- Shortcuts to decrease by 1px () or increase by 1px () the main text font size. For the supplementary text you need to use the tool.
- Create an identical copy of this tile.
- Remove this tile from the timetable.
- Resize the tile such that it occupies a time slot between 1 and 6 class hours.
- The supplementary text (optional). For example: schoolroom, teacher's name, etc.
- The main text.
